2025 Hood County Stampede Charity Rodeo

Tickets are now available for the Hood County Stampede Rockin' The Riggin' Charity Rodeo on Saturday, May 24, 2025. Benefitting Be An Angel, DFW, a nonprofit that improves the lives of children with special needs. Hosted at Reunion Grounds and overlooks Granbury at sunset for the most beautiful view in town. Opening ceremonies start at 7:30 PM, gates will open at 6 PM.

About The HCS

The Hood County Stampede is the brainchild of founder and president, Wes Stevenson, a 9x NFR bareback qualifier and Texas Rodeo Hall of Famer. Wes combined his heart for helping his local community and love of rodeo and bucking horses to orchestrate a small-town charity rodeo that boasts a contestant and rough stock line up only found at the PRCA’s major rodeo events and the National Finals Rodeo (NFR). Wes and his team of volunteers have truly built a unique and rare rodeo experience. The HCS brings you the opportunity to witness bareback bronc riding greatness in an intimate small town format.

Year’s past have boasted athletes like Will Lowe, Rocker Steiner, Keenan Hayes, Colt Eck, Leighton Berry, Tim O’Connell, Tilden Hooper, Bill Tutor, Waylon Bourgeois, Bodee Lammers, Seth Hardwick, Cole Franks, Tanner Aus, Chad Rutherford, Orin Larsen, and more.
